Originally this lamp was painted in a cream colour which was very much the hue of the era. Possibly trying to resemble the professional medical apparatus in hospitals of the time.

As with every L4L light this item has been totally rewired using new electrical components - 1A 3 pin plug, inline switch, 3 core black & white vintage looking twisted flex, PAT tested.
